The scissor (10a) has two relatively pivotally mounted scissor levers (12a-1,12a-2) with cutting limbs (18a-1,18a-2) with cutting edges (20a-1,20a-2). The length (L1,L2) of the cutting edges is 4-times the width (B1,B2) of the cutting limbs in the closed state. The width (b12) of mutual overlapped portion of cutting edges is 0.5 times the width (b1,b2) of rounded cutting limb ends (26a-1,26a-2). The minimum radius of cutting limb ends is similar the width of cutting limb ends. The end portion of cutting edges is blunted.
