<p>A system and method for matching is disclosed. User profile information, location information and event information are stored in a database. First and second electronic check-in information representing that a first user and a second user have checked-in to an event is received and stored. User profile information of the two users is matched and a notification of the match is transmitted to at least one of the users. A response to the notification is received that indicates a request for a meeting between the first user and the second user, and a notification representing the request is sent to the user(s).</p> |
