PURPOSE: A mask for a display device and a method for manufacturing the display device using the mask are provided to manufacture source and drain electrodes when a thin film transistor is manufactured using a wing pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first opening area(OPN1) is formed on a channel area. The first opening area has an area which is exposed in a first direction. A second opening area(OPN2) is formed in the channel area. The second opening area is separated from the first opening area. The second opening area surrounds areas around the first opening area. The second opening area has one side and the other side.
