PURPOSE: An apparatus for turning a substrate is provided to simplify an operation process rotating the substrate by rotating a gripper which catches the substrate through 180degrees by using a rotary cylinder connected to the gripper. CONSTITUTION: A first conveyor part(100), a second conveyor part(200), and a third conveyor part(300) are adhered to a specific direction. The second conveyor part comprises a pair of grippers(230), a front and rear cylinder(240), and a rotation driving part. The pair of grippers is included on the upper side of the second conveyor part. The rotation driving part comprises a rotary cylinder(251), a driving shaft, and a pair of belts. The driving shaft revolves by the drive of the rotary cylinder. One side of the belt is hung on both sides of the driving shaft and the other side of the belt is hung on the pair of gripper.
