<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the operability of exceptional setting for a plurality of records by registering print setting information for one record, and repeatedly applying the print setting information to each record. <P>SOLUTION: After performing the print setting processing of variable print data, an information processor 101 transmits a print job to a printer 104. An operation information setting section 602 performs print setting by receiving print setting information designated in a page or a page range in a record with the leading page of each record as a first page. In response to an instruction from a hot folder manager 603 which detects and manages print data, a job ticket generation section 604 sets the print setting information in a job ticket. A print data transmission section 606 generates the print job and transmits it to the printer 104.
