<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device capable of easily adjusting an array pitch of a focal position of light of each wavelength by a condensing optical system to a predetermined pitch. <P>SOLUTION: An optical device 1 includes a light input/output unit 10, a transmission type diffraction grating 21, a lens 30, and a mirror array 40. The transmission type diffraction grating 21 is prepared by forming gratings extending in an x-axis direction at a given cycle and performs wavelength bifurcation on and outputs light inputted into an input port. The transmission type diffraction grating 21 is rotatable about a predetermined shaft. The transmission type diffraction grating 21 outputs the light of each wavelength in a direction vertical to the rotation shaft and corresponding to the wavelength. The lens 30 condenses the light of each wavelength subjected to wavelength bifurcation and output by the transmission type diffraction grating 21 at different positions to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
