<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system that enables a more suitable responder to respond in a short period of time. <P>SOLUTION: When receiving a signal showing a visit from a visitor, a portable telephone control part 148 acquires identification information of a portable telephone terminal whose position is registered in a femtocell base station 40 at the present time from the femtocell base station 40; and acquires identification information of a portable telephone terminal which is registered as a terminal permitted to respond by an intercom device 10 and setting information such as condition for determining call priority, from a storage part 146. The call priority is determined by mutually referring these information data.
