PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner for electrostatic charge image development that suppresses the occurrence of image quality defects such as color stripes after being stored under specific heat condition.

SOLUTION: Toner for electrostatic charge image development contains toner particles including polyester resin and colorant, and non-colored particles including no colorant and having shape coefficient SF1 of 110 or less; the amount of Sn element contained in the non-colored particles is larger than the amount of Sn element contained in the toner particles.
