A method for manufacturing a dental prosthesis, this method comprising the following steps: a) preparing a paste by mixing a particulate filler and a resin capable of forming a binding phase by curing; b) curing the paste prepared in step a), optionally after forming, so as to form a solid composite mass; c) optionally, cutting the solid composite mass so as to form at least one composite block; d) optionally, machining the composite block so as to form a dental prosthesis, in which method, in step b), the curing is carried out at a pressure greater than 500 bar, with a return to atmospheric pressure when all of the resin has cured. |
