The device has disengaging cylinder that is connected with pneumatic pressure source and provided with cylinder housing and piston. A pneumatic control valve is controlled with respect to clutch control device. The clutch release sleeve is provided with bearing rings. The bearing ring is indirectly located at piston. Another bearing ring is engaged with diaphragm spring of clutch. The pressure chamber is provided with overpressure backup element to prevent rising of operating pressure in disengaging cylinder beyond the predetermined limiting pressure.
