The building (2) has a covering (3) including a roof area (4) i.e. flat roof, a floor area (5), a set of outer walls (6), and a single- or multi-daylight metal structure formed as a supporting structure and a both-sided coverable metal framework. The metal structure is made of steel material and/or steel alloy. A ground depression (1) is formed as a groove that is water-tightly formed with a boundary area (12) completely circulating the groove at an upper open end at an edge side. A sealing element (16) is arranged in the boundary area of the groove and/or a roof overhang (15).
