PURPOSE: A payment authentication system and method thereof are provided to simplify payment procedures by authenticating a bar code through call connection. CONSTITUTION: A barcode management apparatus(110) creates a barcode by using product information. The barcode management apparatus registers the barcode on a web. When the barcode is scanned, a user terminal(150) creates analysis information by analyzing the barcode. The user terminal inputs user terminal through payment request web pages according to the analysis information. A click-to-call apparatus(160) connects the user terminal with a call authentication apparatus(170).
