PURPOSE: A substrate for inspecting a flat panel display device production line, an inspection system using the same, and a method thereof are provided to measure an internal equipment state detected by a substrate of a display panel without limit in measurement space. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of sensors(10) is distributed and mounted on a substrate(100). A circuit board(20) is mounted on the substrate. A battery(30) supplies power to the circuit board by being installed on the substrate. The substrate is inserted into equipment of a flat panel display production line. The circuit board transmits information with respect to the equipment collected using the sensors to the outside.
