PURPOSE: A variable platform management apparatus for a virtual reality based training simulator is provided to effectively utilize training space, work preparation time, and arrangement time after training according to various kinds of work structures. CONSTITUTION: A variable platform management apparatus for a virtual reality based training simulator comprises an image output part(100), a user work tool(200), and a tracking part(300). The image output part outputs three-dimensional images of mixed reality contents used for user work training. The user work tool creates sensory feedback which is equivalent to sensory feedback generated during a process which uses a real work tool based on user movements with respect to the outputted three-dimensional images. The tracking part transmits a detection signal which detects movements of the user work tool to the image output part and the user work tool.
