<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular lighting fixture capable of forming a light-distributing pattern with a clear cutoff line without using a shade and generating spectrum colors, wherein light from a light source having an edge extending in a linear line is reflected with first and second reflectors in sequence. <P>SOLUTION: In the vehicular lighting fixture, the light source 12A is arranged so as to make its edge pass near a designated point O on an optical axis Ax. Further, as a structure of the first and second reflectors 14, 16, the light reflected in sequence by emitting with an angle θ against the optical axis Ax from the designated point O in a plane including the optical axis Ax as light parallel to the optical axis Ax passes the plane P orthogonal to the optical axis Ax at a position wherein a distance h from the optical axis Ax becomes h=Rsinθ, and a reflecting surface shape is obtained by making a curved line set to a shape although an optical path length from the designated point O to the plane P becomes a fixed one regardless of a light emitting direction from the designated point O, rotate around the optical axis Ax at a designated angle. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
