<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components by integrating a drain valve and a relief valve. <P>SOLUTION: When a counterflow of water occurs from the secondary pressure side, it is drained to outside through a drain chamber 29 by opening a port 27 with the drain valve 26 of diaphragm type on the basis of the pressure difference between a primary pressure introducing chamber 24 and a secondary pressure introducing chamber 28. The relief valve 38 is accommodated in the valve stem part 36 of the drain valve 26. When the inner pressure of the primary pressure introducing chamber 24 exceeds a prescribed level, the relief valve 38 opens a relief port 39, so that the fluid flows from the primary pressure side into an overpressure relief passage 45 in the valve stem part 36 and flows out into the drain chamber 29 from a through-hole 42. Accordingly the surplus pressure generated in the primary pressure side is released by the relief valve 38 to the outside via the drain chamber 29, which protects a hot water storage tank 1 connected with the primary pressure side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
