<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable fluxless brazing under the atmospheric pressure without needing a flux and vacuum equipment. <P>SOLUTION: An Al-Si based brazing filler metal which contains 3-13% of Si and 0.1-5.0% of Mg is clad to a core material, in the Al-Si based brazing filler metal, at least on a surface of a contact adhesion part 6 which carries out contact adhesion with a member to be brazed 5 on the occasion of brazing, an aluminum alloy brazing sheet 1 on which a non-porous anodic oxide film is formed is used, in a nonoxidizing atmosphere without vacuum, at 559-620°C of heating temperatures, the contact adhesion of the Al-Si based brazing filler metal 3 and the member to be brazed 5 is carried out, the core material and the member to be brazed are joined at an adhesion surface of the contact adhesion part 6 by fluxless by the Al-Si based brazing filler metal, thereby the fluxless brazing under the atmospheric pressure becomes possible without needing a flux and vacuum equipment. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
