<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data transmission system in which both a transmitter and a receiver need not be provided with a new input terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The memory control circuit according to the present invention comprises: a plurality of comparators each provided with a first input terminal to which a data signal received from an external memory is inputted, and a second input terminal; and a reference voltage generating circuit for generating a plurality of reference voltages to be inputted to the respective second input terminals, in accordance with both a positive phase and a negative phase of differential strobe signals received from the external memory. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
