PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image pickup device that reduces burden on a user in capturing a moving object and burden on image processing.

SOLUTION: An image pickup device includes: an image pickup part 10; a composition part 50 that creates a composite image using at least two images captured by the image pickup part 10; a deviation detection part 60 that detects deviation between the composite images created by the composition part 50; a deviation correction part 70 that corrects the deviation between the images detected by the deviation detection part 60; and a blur creation part 80 that creates blur on all or a part of the composite image after deviation correction for correcting the deviation between the images, based on the deviation detected by the deviation detection part 60.
