<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid receiver-integrated heat exchanger, which is capable of preventing heat damage caused when closing an opening in a liquid receiver, without degrading an arrangement flexibility. <P>SOLUTION: A modulator tank 31 being a component of the liquid receiver 3 is configured such that an opening end connected with a tank cap 32 (blocking member) in a longitudinal direction of the modulator tank 31 is located inside in the longitudinal direction of a second header tank 25 for a longitudinal end in the second header tank 25.
