PEN LOCK MECHANISM AND ELECTRONIC BLACKBOARD DEVICE USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pen lock mechanism capable of changing a lock state of another part in synchronization with battery accommodation.

SOLUTION: A pen lock mechanism is used for a pen 4 including a pen tip part 4PS that can be attached to and removed from a body part 4DB, and a battery accommodation part 4DS for accommodating a battery 5. The battery accommodation part 4DS has an operation part AP for changing a state of the pen tip part 4PS attached to the pen 4 between a lock state in which the pen tip part 4PS cannot be attached/removed and a release state in which the lock state is released so that the pen tip part 4PS can be attached/removed. The operation part AP changes the state of the pen tip part 4PS into the lock state when the battery 5 is accommodated in the battery accommodation part 4DS and into the release state when the battery 5 is not accommodated in the battery accommodation part 4DS.
