<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozonizer allowing stable production of a large amount of ozone by a simple production method by imparting a porous structure with a superhydrophilic action. <P>SOLUTION: If when the surface of a microporous portion on the liquid phase side of the porous structure is parallel to a gas-liquid interface, the angle of the surface is taken to be 0°, the angle of the surface of the microporous portion on the liquid phase side of the porous structure is set at 0° to 135° against the gas-liquid interface.
