<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality detection device, an abnormality detection method, and an abnormality detection program which can detect abnormality such as a tracking phenomenon for electrical equipment including electrical equipment having an inverter apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device 1 includes a current measurement part 3, a feature amount acquisition part 40, and an abnormality determination part 41. The current measurement part 3 acquires time series data which is obtained by sampling measurement of a current flowing to an electric power supply line 2 for supplying AC power to a load apparatus 7 as current waveform data. The feature amount acquisition part 40 extracts an impulse component from current waveform data, and acquires a feature amount from the extracted impulse component. The abnormality determination part 41 compares the feature amount of the impulse component when the load apparatus 7 including the electric power supply line 2 is normal with the acquired feature amount by the feature amount acquisition part 40, and determines an abnormality of the load apparatus 7 based on the result of comparison. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
