<p>A first capacitor electrode (P1) constitutes a capacitor electrode of an LC parallel resonator of a first stage; a first capacitor electrode (P2) constitutes a capacitor electrode of an LC parallel resonator of a second stage; and a first capacitor electrode (P3) constitutes a capacitor electrode of an LC parallel resonator of a third stage. Via electrodes (V11, V12) and a line electrode (S1) constitute an inductor electrode of the LC parallel resonator of the first stage. Via electrodes (V21, V22) and a line electrode (S2) constitute an inductor electrode of the LC parallel resonator of the second stage. Via electrodes (V31, V32) and a line electrode (S3) constitute an inductor electrode of the LC parallel resonator of the third stage. The inductor electrodes of the three LC parallel resonators are arranged so that the loop planes of the inductor electrodes are disposed in the radial direction from a center axis extending in a direction in which dielectric layers are layered. Magnetic coupling is thereby readily established between an LC parallel resonator of an input stage and an LC parallel resonator of an output stage, and the attenuation characteristics of a filter can be freely set.</p> |
