The machine has a lid flap integrally joined with a hollow-cylinder-shaped upper part (2) by welding, pressing and/or sticking. A hollow-cylinder-shaped base part (5) is tightly screwed to the upper part by a diaphragm bead (42). A ball valve (7) is axial movably inserted into a valve retainer (58) of a hollow cylindrical extension (53) of the base part. A central bore (57) and liquid-/gas channels (60) are semipermeably reduced by a diaphragm body (41) connected with a gas passage body (26). A semi-permeable membrane (4) is designed as a separate injection and insertion part.
