PURPOSE: A method for making oak soju is provided to remove bitter taste and alcohol smell and to ensure deep flavor of oak trees. CONSTITUTION: A method for making oak soju comprises: a step of drying oak woods; a step of making the woods in a square pillar form; a step of carbonizing a pair or sides corresponding to the sides(11,12,13,14) of the woods; a step of adding brewage water to dilute alcohol concentration to 10-95%(V/V); a step of adding the diluted liquid to the woods; and a step of sealing and maturing at room temperature for 2-6 months. |
