PURPOSE: A kit for predicting paclitaxel sensitivity of a cancer patient is provided to develop an aid for enhancing therapeutic efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A kit for predicting paclitaxel sensitivity of a patient with cancer contains a nucleotide sequence of GenBank accession number NM_002294, a complementary sequence thereof, or nucleotide sequence fragment. The kit is a microarray. A method for predicting paclitaxel sensitivity of the human body comprises a step of detecting the nucleotide sequence(GenBank accession number NM_002294) expression. |
