PURPOSE: A hydraulic breaker with an idle blow prevention device is provided to maintain an accurate opening and closing work by actively treating the pressure change of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic breaker with an idle blow prevention device comprises an idle blow prevention selecting valve(6). The idle blow prevention selecting valve is installed inside a chamber(7) formed between first and second transfer paths(L4,L5) and controls the flow of fluid. The idle blow prevention selecting valve comprises a main body(7), a plunger(8), an elastic body(9), and a plug(10). The main body has an inlet path(72), an outlet path(75), and an operation path(71). The plunger is inserted into the operation path of the main body and opens and closes the inlet path. The elastic body is inserted into the plunger. The plug is coupled to the outer side of the main body and supports the elastic body.
