PURPOSE: A ship with an external structure and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to minimize a marine task and to reduce a difficult task. CONSTITUTION: A ship with an external structure comprises a sliding hole(120) and a support(130). The sliding hole is formed on a part of the hull, on which the structure is installed. The support is slidably installed on the sliding hole. The support is protruded toward the outside of the hull to fix the structure. The support is supplied in plural. The sliding hole is formed to have the number corresponding to the number of the supports. The sliding hole is formed to be located on the upper part of the seal level on the hull in launching for a marine construction operation.
