PURPOSE: An inner fin of an oil cooler, mold for the inner fin and manufacturing method using the mold are provided to prevent tearing or damage to inner fins since an upper mold descends and successively forms an uneven part on a target. CONSTITUTION: A mold for the inner fin of an oil cooler comprises lower and upper molds(10,20). The lower mold comprises a lower plate(11), lower guide line units(12), a first pressure unit(13) and a second pressure unit. The lower guide line units are arranged side by side on the top of a lower plate in the transfer direction of the target. The first pressure unit is formed on the lower guide line unit. The first concave unit and the first convex unit of the second pressure unit are arranged on the end of the lower guide line unit. The upper mold comprises an upper plate(21), upper guide line units(22), a third pressure unit(23) and a fourth pressure unit.
