PURPOSE: A pouch with a chain is provided, which has no need to be carried by the hand and to be hung on the shoulder. CONSTITUTION: A pouch with a chain comprises: a hanger loop(2) formed in one end of a first chain; a pouch(3) in which one side thereof is attached to the other end of the first chain; a second chain(12) in which one end thereof is attached to the other side of the pouch; and a hanger loop formed in the other end of the second chain. The length of the first chain is shorter than that of the second chain.
