PURPOSE: A bracket device for settop box installation is provided to minimize space for installation of a settop box. CONSTITUTION: A mounting unit(110) is installed to TV(10) and an STB(Set Top Box)(20). A bracket(120) is installed to the other side of the mounting unit. A plurality of protrusions(111) is formed to one side of the mounting unit. A holding unit(112) is formed to the end of a protrusion. An insertion unit is formed to the bracket. The protrusion is inserted to a holding groove(122).
