PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a boosting converter more properly change a voltage of a drive voltage system with a motor connected in response to conditions.

SOLUTION: An inverter is controlled in a rectangular wave control mode. When an absolute value of a revolution number Nm2 of the motor is larger than a threshold value Nm2ref or when a voltage phase θp2 is smaller than a threshold value θp2ref, a relatively large predetermined value ΔV1 is set to a boosting rate ΔV (S150). When the absolute value of the revolution number Nm2 of the motor is equal to or smaller than the threshold value Nm2ref and when the voltage phase θp2 is equal to or larger than the threshold value θp2ref, the predetermined value ΔV2 smaller than the predetermined value ΔV1 is set to a boosting rate ΔV (S160) and the boosting converter is controlled so that a voltage VH of a high voltage system power line may be increased at the set boosting rate ΔV to a target voltage VHtag (S170, S180).
