<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite composition having a small power loss Pcv even in a high frequency region (for example, 1 MHz or more) and high initial permeability and specific resistance, a ferrite core comprising the ferrite composition, and electronic components having the ferrite core. <P>SOLUTION: The ferrite composition comprises, as main components, 47.1 to 49.95 mol% of iron oxide in terms of Fe<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, 2.3 to 10.0 mol% of copper oxide in terms of CuO, 28.1 to 32.0 mol% of zinc oxide in terms of ZnO, and 0.01 to 2.1 mol% of manganese oxide in terms of Mn<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, with the balance comprising nickel oxide. The ferrite composition further comprises, as auxiliary components, 2 to 63 ppm of phosphorus in terms of P, 43 to 4530 ppm of zirconium oxide in terms of ZrO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, and 0.01 to 0.3 pt.wt. of tungstic oxide in terms of WO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, relative to 100 pts.wt. of the main components. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
