<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant insulation member in the form of a tube, a sheath, or the like, formed by a crosslinked polyolefin composition having superior heat aging resistance and flame retardancy. <P>SOLUTION: The flame-retardant insulation member is formed by a radiation crosslinking polyolefin composition containing a polyolefin, an organic halogen system flame retardant, and a phenolic antioxidant.
