<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inclined type soundproof wall with a photovoltaic power generation panel, which is constituted to efficiently take in energy from sunlight by installing the photovoltaic power generation panel between upper-side inclined portions of supports constituted in a dog-leg shape. <P>SOLUTION: A support 2 is constituted in a dog-leg shape in which an intermediate portion 22 juts to a private land side. A photovoltaic power generation panel 3 is installed between upper-side inclined portions 20 and 20, on the private land side B, of the dog-leg-shaped supports 2.
