<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of performing two-stage cooking, in which a heat medium can be efficiently circulated in cooking of one stage with a simple constitution, and a heating time in the cooking of one stage, can be shortened in comparison with that in cooking of two stages. <P>SOLUTION: This heating cooker includes a tray 30 detachably disposed in a heating chamber 13 to partition the heating chamber 13 into an upper region and a lower region, a circulation fan 18 for circulating superheated steam through the heating chamber 13 and a circulation pathway, and a superheated steam production heater 20 disposed at an upper side of the heating chamber 13. A left side face in the heating chamber 13 is provided with a second steam supply opening 25a for supplying the superheated steam to the upper region in the heating chamber 13, and second steam supply openings 25b, 25c, 25d for supplying the superheated steam to the lower region in the heating chamber 13. Whether the superheated steam is supplied from the second steam supply opening 25a or from the second steam supply openings 25b, 25c, 25d is switched by a switch damper 140. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
