<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller hearth kiln for adjusting difference in the speeds of target objects, and to provide a method and a cylindrical member for adjusting difference in the speeds. <P>SOLUTION: The roller hearth kiln 1 includes: a heat treatment section A2 where a heat treatment is applied to a plurality of target objects 90 that form a plurality of target object lines X1 to X3 extending in the conveyance direction; and a plurality of rollers 30 arranged in the heat treatment section A2, and for conveying the plurality of target objects 90; and speed difference adjusting cylindrical members 5 detachably mounted to the outer periphery of the rollers 30, and for adjusting, by lengthening the conveyance length of the target objects 90 for one rotation of the rollers 30, the difference in the conveyance speeds among the plurality of target object lines X1 to X3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
