<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the association of the subscribers of health insurance with various medical information. <P>SOLUTION: A medical information management device 10 in one embodiment includes: a medical history storage part 36 for storing medical information relating to the medical treatment of each of a plurality of subscribers of a health insurance in a batch; a ledger storage part 34 for storing a ledger created by the undertaker of the health insurance, that is, a basic ledger in which a plurality of attribute values relating to the respective subscribers are recorded; a pattern determination part 46 for determining a matching pattern for uniquely identifying the subscribers in the basic ledger from among patterns in which the plurality of attributes are combined; a medical information acquisition part 50 for acquiring the medical information of the subscribers; a subscriber retrieval part 52 for referring to the attribute values of the matching pattern among the attributes of the subscribers recorded in the medical information, and for retrieving the subscribers for whom the attribute values of the matching pattern are set in the basic ledger; and a medical information storage part 54 for storing the medical information in association with the subscribers for whom the attribute values of the matching pattern are set in the medical history storage part 36. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
