<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable oscillation device using a piezoelectric vibrator to be used for a speaker and a sound wave sensor, etc. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation device 100 includes: a piezoelectric vibrator 10; a vibration member 20 for restricting one surface of the piezoelectric vibrator 10; a vibration member 22 for restricting the other surface of the piezoelectric vibrator 10; a support member 30 for fixing the edges of the vibration member 20 and the vibration member 22; and a resin material 40 arranged to have contact with the side surfaces of the piezoelectric vibrator 10, the vibration member 20, and the vibration member 22 between the vibration member 20 and the vibration member 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
