<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electric motor which can avoid a contact of a rotor and a stator during an operation and can suppress an increase of iron loss occurring in the stator. <P>SOLUTION: A rotor 3 is attached to a rotation shaft 2 which is cantilever-supported by a bearing 10. A stator 4 includes: a stator core 5 manufactured by laminating a magnetic steel plate; and a stator coil 8 which is wound to the stator core 5 and generates torque rotating the rotor 3. The stator is arranged to surround the rotor 3. The stator core 5 is constituted so that first and second stator core bodies 6 and 7 different in inner diameters are mutually separated and are coaxially disposed in a shaft direction, and a gap between the rotor 3 and the stator core 5 extends stepwise in a direction separated from the bearing 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
