<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a winding type protective cover device of a machine tool in which the generation of wrinkles and cracks on a metal sheet being a protective cover caused by repeated stress applied thereto is prevented. <P>SOLUTION: The winding type protective cover device includes a winding drum and the protective cover the one end of which is attached to the winding drum and which is wound around the winding drum. The durability of the protective cover is increased by adhering end rubber tapes to rear faces of both width-direction end edges of the thin metal sheet as the protective cover and suppressing vibration generated at both end edges of the metal sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
