<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress weight imbalance of a rotary electric machine rotor without using a balance measuring device rotating the rotor in a manufacturing method of the rotor. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a rotor 16 includes: a hole forming step for forming cavity holes 34 in a plurality of places in a circumferential direction of a disk-shaped steel plate 30 constituting a rotor core 24; and an injection step for injecting a resin into at least a part in a part of cavity hole coupling portions 38 so as to solidify it for solving rotation imbalance of the rotor core 24. The manufacturing method also includes a resin amount deciding step for deciding an amount of the resin injected into the cavity hole coupling portion 38 in the injection step based on previously obtained deviation from a deviation resin amount relation being a relation between the deviation on axial direction length of the rotor core 24 and the resin injection amount, which is previously stored in a computer before the injection step. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
