<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress electromagnetic noise leakage between electric wiring in a terminal board which is attached to an opening of a case housing a rotary electric machine and relays the electric wiring for the rotary electric machine in the interior and the exterior of the case. <P>SOLUTION: A metal cover plate 18, a resin connector housing for electric power 28, and a connector housing for signals 38 are integrally formed with a terminal board 10 by insert molding. A shield plate 40 formed by bending and rising part of the cover plate 18 covers at least part of a surface of the resin connector housing for electric power 28 on the connector housing for the signals 38 side.
