<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a taping device which achieves equalization in joining strength or peel strength of a carrier tape and a cover tape. <P>SOLUTION: A thermocompression bonding mechanism of the taping device includes: a receptacle block 200 supporting the carrier tape and the cover tape; and a welding trowel 300 capable of moving up and down with respect to the receptacle block 200 and applying a certain pressure with respect to the carrier tape 140 and the cover tape 150 under the condition that it is heated. The receptacle block 200 has: a base 210; a support 220 mounted inclinably with respect to the base 210; and a plurality of absorbers 250 mounted on the support 220. The absorbers 250 keep parallelism between the support 220 and the welding trowel 300, thereby achieving the equalization in the joining strength and the peel strength between the cover tape 150 and the carrier tape 140. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
