In addition, the standby power consumption of the second thread, in the case that the second thread is executed after the first thread, is calculated by multiplying the execution time of the first thread by the standby power consumption per unit of time of the second thread. The standby power consumption of the first thread and the standby power consumption of the second thread are compared, and the order of execution for the first thread and the second thread is determined on the basis of the comparison result.
