Methods of making engineered multivalent and multi-specific binding proteins, and using the binding proteins in the prevention, diagnosis, and/or treatment of disease are provided. The multivalent binding proteins may contain more than one linked heavy chain and/or light chain variable regions joined by a constant region to an Fc region. The multivalent binding proteins may bind to a number of cytokines, hormones, growth factors, small molecules or cell surface receptors, including NGF and any of a number of small molecules, growth factors, cytokines, hormones or cell surface receptors. |
