PURPOSE: A wireless charging system for a vehicle and a charging control method thereof are provided to solve a problem due to terminal connection mode by using wireless charging method. CONSTITUTION: A wireless charge system for a vehicle is included in a center fascia of a dashboard. A charge panel portion(220) is included in the front surface of the center fascia and receives a wireless power receiver(300). The charge panel portion charges the wireless power receiver through a wireless power transmission mode. The wireless power transmission is installed inside the center fascia. At least one primary side coil is installed inside charge panel portion and induces wireless power to the wireless power receiver.
