PURPOSE: A device for horizontally transferring a hoisting guide sheave is provided to perform the precise matching between a lifting unit and a container even under a shaking situation, and maximize control effect. CONSTITUTION: A device for horizontally transferring a hoisting guide sheave comprises shift actuators(110,111), a hoisting guide sheave block(120), a guide frame, and a anti-separation frame. The shift actuator expands or contracts an operating rod from a cylinder block supported on the trolley frame of a crane. The hoisting guide sheave block is connected to the operating rod and is movably coupled to the trolley frame. The guide frame guides the horizontal movement of the hoisting guide sheave block. The anti-separation fame is installed on the trolley frame and restricts the vertical separation of the hoisting guide sheave block.
