<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack in which charges applied to a plurality of battery cells can be made uniform among the battery cells when the thickness of the battery cell changes, and occurrence of an excessive internal stress at the connection of a battery cell and a bus bar connection terminal can be prevented. <P>SOLUTION: In the battery case 20 of each of a plurality of laminated battery modules 2, an annular flexible part 212 having a rigidity lower than that of a restriction wall 211 to be flexible is formed, respectively, around the respective restriction walls 211 which support a battery cell 10 while sandwiching. The battery cell 10 and a connection terminal 30 attached to the sidewall 22 of the battery case 20 are connected electrically by a flexible lead wire 11.
